Is there a minimum order?
No. You can buy a single system. Pricing starts at our regular purchase price, and volume discounts start at 5 systems.
Will my customers know you built the systems?
No. White label systems are supplied with no Building Site CCTV branding. We give you the exact box dimensions so you can print your own stickers, or you can send them to us and we’ll fit them. Your customers only ever see your brand.
What warranty do the systems carry?
Every system carries a 12-month warranty. Victron solar controllers carry a 3-year warranty and lithium batteries carry a 5-year warranty.
How long does an order take?
Anywhere from 2 days to 2 weeks, depending on the volume you order. We build every order as it comes in, so you can request custom builds and special requirements.
Who does the remote programming?
Your choice. Your team can program the systems for your customers, or our team can do it remotely for a fee.
Can I mix poles and trailers in one order?
Yes. You might run poles for house and commercial builds and trailers for civil and remote work. We’ll quote the whole order together.
Do you support us after delivery?
Yes. Every pole you buy comes with ongoing support, and we can help with setup, staff training and software.
